Representative Clients

Client Recommendations:

  • Retaining the legal counsel of Andy Mayoras was perhaps the smartest decision my siblings and I could have done.  Although our decision was made after long and careful discussion, Andy and the staff of Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras were able to see us through a very difficult and trying time of family conflict relative to the financial management and physical well being of our elderly mother whose mental capacity prevented her from personal decision making.
Thomas Bertin of Shelby Township, Michigan
  • Andy Mayoras and his law firm represent the best and finest legal minds around in the critical area of estate planning and probate law.  It is all in the details – Andy is knowledgeable, experienced, and gifted at communicating complex issues with “user friendly” ease.
Judith A. Van Horn of Pinckney, Michigan
  • When I decided to seek out a new attorney because of poor legal representation, I came across the firm Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, P.C. by searching the web.  In my initial telephone interview with Attorney Andrew Mayoras, he avowed that he would fight for me.  He was exactly what I was looking for in an elder law attorney.
I wish I had retained Attorney Andrew Mayoras a lot sooner.

Denice L. Drew of Eastpointe, Michigan
  • Andy Mayoras’ probate court knowledge, experience and tenacity saved my company from possible closure.
Georgia Callis – Owner of Michigan’s largest private guardianship company
  • If you were to list all the qualities most needed to be an exceptional lawyer, you would find them in Mr. Mayoras.  From the legal services he provided for me, I give him the highest possible recommendation.
Dr. E. Rambeau of Harper Woods, Michigan
  • Andy, I can not thank you enough for your kindness and compassion during the difficult time of taking my own mother to court to gain visitation rights to my father.  You understood my needs, my father’s condition, and my mother’s mental illness.  You took a dysfunctional family and gave us the ability to function.
          Kelly Hooton of Clarkston, Michigan
  • Andy, you were such a help to our family, especially to me.  Your kind businesslike caring got me through.
          Ann Champion Rochester, Michigan
  • It was a blessing that we found this law firm.  Everyone was really helpful and we learned a lot!  Andy was always there to help us with everything.
David Burkacki of Babson Park, Florida
  • Andy shows compassion and understanding when working with his clients during what can be emotional and/or difficult times.
          Joan Tinsley of Rochester, Michigan
  • He was very helpful when an event occurred where we needed extra legal representation.  I have recommended him to other people.
Diane Maroudis of Shelby Township, Michigan
  • Andy represented me/our family in court, filed forms, completed confusing financial forms and told me what I could for myself.  He was always aware that finances were limited and the ultimate goal was to provide quality care for dad.  I appreciated the honest answers that dragging on a lawsuit would use up   valuable financial resources with no guarantees that courts would recover what was taken.  We did achieve removal of individual from assets and any further involvement in dad’s life.
         Gail Junod of Kentwood, Michigan
  • Very knowledgeable of elder law.  Prompt in returning phone calls. Prompt and complete in all responses including court procedures.
Brenda Paye of St. Clair Shores, Michigan
  • Andy was a great help with our family disputes.  Andy Mayoras made many bad experiences bearable.
          Jennifer Fortin of Redford, Michigan
